We currently have 9 quads for Highway spraying, 6 of which use the TDC system.
The TDC (Total Droplet Control) is a revolutionary piece of equipment enabling a
5 Litre container of chemical being able to treat the same area as up to 5 x 15 Litre
traditional knapsacks.
The chemical comes pre mixed, reducing operator exposure time whilst also
improving the manual handling process by not having to carry such a heavy weight

This is one of our Quads fitted with the
Kerb side Unit from Nomix, As you can
see the Quad is highly visible and also
features a chemical safe enabling up to
25 Litres of chemical to be carried on the
quad, reducing visits back to the van. it
also fits a chemical spillage kit.
This is one of the 2 nozels fitted on the
quad, They are placed low down to
reduce the chance of spray drift, they
are spring loaded to reduce damage
should they hit an obstacle.
We also have 3 quads that use traditional low pressure volume spraying, these are used on
some highways contracts and also for the application of selective weed killers in grass areas
using the rear mounted boom or weed wipe system.
