In 2010 Tilbrooks were awarded the contract for the grass seeding at the new Lee Valley White Water Canoe Centre

(Formerly Broxbourne White Water Canoe Centre) following an extensive re-model.

Tilbrooks seeded amenity grass areas for spectators areas and also dry and wet meadow areas.
Part of the footpath around the course has been created with re-inforced pre-seeded 'grass crete' so

spectators and coach's can walk around the site and not damage the surface.

Below is a brief snap shot of the works carried out by Tilbrooks.

The photo on the left shows the seed while it was still establishing, because the site is open, the ground

dried out quite quickly so a 7 day a week watering program was introduced to help the grass establish

as much as possible.

The photo in the middle is the grass in a more established state after much watering.
The photo on the right is a plan of the site.
