Gritting & Snow Clearance Equipment
We have various size gritters in stock, all of which are mounted on
existing vans so vehicles are used all year round.
The current fleet consists of 3 Electric tailgate mounted gritters with cab mounted
controls to adjust spread width and rate, 2 tow behind gritters with adjustable spread
and rate, We have also invested in a lorry mounted gritter capable of holding 2 tons of
salt.
All gritters also carry a pedestrian operated spreader for footpaths and building entrances, all
of which are fitted with spread deflectors which help prevent salt being spread on plants and grass.
In addition to the gritters, we also have 3 snow ploughs.
2 x 4ft Snow ploughs mounted on mini tractors suitable to office car parks and foot paths and
1 x 7ft Snow plough mounted on a larger tractor for retail parks and roads.
All the machines are 4 wheel drive and are actually used for grass cutting in the summer!
