Environmental Information
As professional landscapers, we are mindful of the environment, this has lead to the
introduction of our Environmental policy featured on our policy page, along with the
introduction of best working practices and the introduction of new machinery with less
emissions.
We have also invested in the following
- Introduction of CDA (Controlled Droplet Application) for weed spray application.
- Skips being delivered directly to site for site clearances, reducing haulage and emissions.
- Metal products are segregated and recycled by our approved contractor.
- Felled trees are logged and sold as firewood, branches are chipped and used for mulch.
- Grass cuttings and Autumn leaves are composted and mixed with topsoil.
- Mowers, Strimmers & Blowers have been replaced with new, lower emission machines.
- Staff are being trained on driving styles and tyre pressures to reduce fuel use in vehicles.
This is just a few of the procedures we are currently running with staff contributing ideas all the time.
