Grounds Maintenance Unit.
As part of Tilbrooks' ongoing commitments to improving
Health and Safety in the workplace we are proud to unveil the
newest addition to our fleet of vehicles, a 2009 Ford Transit
with Grounds Maintenance modifications.
The modifications include:-
- Remote control lowering air suspension allowing easy
Access and Egress with machinery
- Fixed ramps with a 'third' ramp insertable for narrower
machines
- fixed, lockable tool cab with hot and cold hand wash facilities
- LED rear lights improving visibility and reducing maintenance
- Flashing beacons with roof mounted indicators and stop
lights
We chose this type of vehicle due to the fact
that any of our employees with a full driving license is able
to drive it, with no Tacho or operating license.
