Grounds Maintenance

At Tilbrooks we pride ourselves with being small enough to be able to offer a personal touch

with no call centres, help desks or multi choice phone systems yet we're big enough to be

able to offer many different services, one of which is Property Maintenance.

In 2001 we were successful in winning a small number of landscape maintenance contracts

for Jones Lang LaSalle, this has now increased to us looking after many sites in the

South East & London.

We started off offering grass cutting, hedge and tree pruning, litter collection and leaf collection

in the Autumn and Winter.

The service we offer now covers anything external! from sweeping the car park re laying tarmac.

Over the years we have developed an extensive list of reputable specialist Sub-Contractors

enabling us to provide the services listed to the left.
